While I am in “Thanksgiving” mode, this is a personal shout out to the people closest to me who continue to believe in this experiment called ChopSaver. We are a small company with big dreams and I have a close circle of friends, family and co-workers who help me every step of the way. You guys know who you are and I say thank you not only this time of year but every day for your efforts.
I will take this opportunity to name one of our partners publicly because their work is the most visible to our customers. The “look” of ChopSaver and all of our marketing is done by a small design firm called Irvin Productions. I understand we live in a global economy and certain skills have become easier and easier to find. There are more people creating more “art” around the world and what used to be a specialized field has reduced certain artistic processes to a cheap commodity. This surplus of “artists” and the advent of the computer have made cheap and sometimes even free “art” easy to find. As a musician, I consider myself an artist as well and I could go on and on about the devaluing of great art and music in our society. But I will save that discussion for another time.
For now, let me just say “Thank You!” to Irvin Productions. If you or someone you know is looking for great design work and you appreciate the difference between “real” art and the “other stuff,” check them out here – www.irvinproductions.com
